Welcome to Villa Linton, a tastefully decorated & beautifully co-ordinated home, which has themed children's bedrooms

On the ground floor, in the lounge we have a TV with Roku streaming app & DVD player (selection of films provided) a formal dining area, Kitchen fully equipped with Fridge/Freezer with ice maker, stove, microwave & dishwasher and 2^nd lounge area. We have two sets of sliding doors* leading out to the lanai (covered patio) and pool area.

Also on the ground floor is the second suite comprising of a King bed, and TV with Roku streaming app, en suite bathroom. A utility room with washer, dryer, iron & ironing board and the garage has been converted to a games room with Football table, Air Hockey table, electronic basketball game and TV with Roku streaming app and Xbox 360 with a selection of games.

The first floor has the Master Suite - King size bed, and TV with Roku streaming app & DVD Player, walk in closet and en suite bathroom with twin vanity sinks. There is 1 Queen room and 2 twin rooms that share the house bathroom.  The Queen & twin bedrooms are themed with children in mind, Mickey & Minnie, Winnie the Pooh and Scooby Doo, with a unique Mystery Machine bed and giant Scooby Doo.

To the rear we have the pool area with a 28ft x 14ft pool with in ground spa (heating optional for both), extended deck with sun loungers and chairs and covered lanai area with table & chairs.

As you would expect the villa is fully air conditioned, all rooms have ceiling fans including the lanai area, all towels, linen, cutlery & crockery (including plastic ware for the pool area) are provided.

*all doors are alarmed for safety & doors leading to pool area also have safety fences installed.
